Scott + Reid delivered a fully customized forensic lab and industrial warehouse for Nelson Forensics, combining precision construction with long-term performance. The project includes a 6,000-square-foot tilt-wall office featuring a discovery laboratory, interactive training room, private offices, and employee amenities—including a full kitchen, break room, and locker rooms.
Connected to the office is a 6,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal warehouse with a dock-high loading area, purpose-built to store evidence and large equipment securely. A precast storm shelter and outdoor enhancements—such as a wooden trellis, fire pit, and pavers—round out the site.
Durable interior finishes include polished concrete floors, specialty lighting, and a distinctive 3Form partition that adds visual interest in the main lobby. Every element of the facility was tailored to support Nelson Forensics’ technical needs while providing a clean, modern space for analysis, collaboration, and secure storage.
