Designed to meet the needs of a financial and insurance firm, the space features a closed-office layout with multiple conference and meeting rooms, a custom break room, and premium finishes throughout.
A connecting staircase with feature lighting links both floors, while a boardroom with electric glass walls provides flexible privacy. A custom wood entry wall conceals the suite after hours, and a private elevator lobby supports discreet, secure access between levels.
