Scott + Reid delivered a 32,812-square-foot Class A office remodel for Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope at Lincoln Centre along the LBJ Freeway corridor.

The result is a headquarters designed to perform as both a workplace and a live showcase of their capabilities.
The project included a full interior demolition and Class A rebuild, featuring polished concrete floors, open-to-deck ceilings, specialty lighting, and expansive collaboration areas. Large conference rooms and training spaces incorporate integrated AV systems, while executive offices and open work areas balance scale, functionality, and design.
A defining element of the space is the integration of Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope’s own products throughout, including specialty and smart glass applications and a custom patterned glass feature wall at reception. These elements elevate the office into a working showroom, reinforcing the company’s leadership in architectural glass and glazing solutions. Additional highlights include a hospitality-driven break area with bar-style layout, wood slat felt ceiling systems with integrated lighting, acoustical wall panels, custom millwork, and refined architectural details such as curved headers and feature walls.
