As Texas continues to invest in the strength and reliability of its power grid, Oncor—one of the state’s largest energy delivery companies—partnered with Scott + Reid to construct a new regional service center supporting crews and equipment in the growing DFW metroplex.
Set on a 15-acre site, the project includes a 17,400-square-foot office and warehouse facility designed for maximum functionality and fast deployment. The office features modern training rooms, conference spaces, and team areas, while the attached warehouse provides secure equipment storage with embedded electrical and dual loading docks. A vast concrete storage yard supports vehicle fleets, utility poles, and materials—enabling Oncor to operate at full capacity, day or night.
Completed two months ahead of schedule, the facility strengthens Oncor’s regional network and reflects Scott + Reid’s ability to deliver essential infrastructure with speed, precision, and long-term performance in mind.
