Pegasus Park

PROJECT DETAILS

An icon reimagined, Pegasus Park Tower stands tall once again as a beacon of innovation and community on the Dallas skyline. Known for the glowing red Pegasus atop its tower—a symbol synonymous with the city—this 18-story landmark underwent a transformative renovation led by Scott + Reid.

Once ExxonMobil’s regional headquarters and vacant for over a decade, the tower required a complete overhaul. Scott + Reid managed full interior demolition and rebuilds across all levels, upgraded MEP systems, and delivered a commercial kitchen, coffee bar, and refreshed entryways. The 23-acre campus also received major site enhancements, including new utilities, revitalized parking, and updated landscaping—all while preserving the existing oak trees. A new exterior glass elevator was added to meet ADA requirements and improve accessibility.

Alongside the base building work, Scott + Reid has completed multiple tenant spaces for biotech, nonprofit, and education-focused organizations—supporting the site’s evolution into a vibrant, purpose-driven campus. Today, Pegasus Park is emerging as Dallas’s premier biotech hub—blending legacy and innovation in one of the city’s most recognizable towers.
