Scott + Reid partnered with Stream Realty on a 16-month capital improvement program for Pinnacle Tower, a rebranded Class A office building at the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and LBJ Freeway.
Renovations included updates to the main lobby, elevator lobbies, and restrooms across five floors. New amenities were added to elevate the tenant experience, including a fitness center with locker rooms, a full-service restaurant, a coffee kiosk, a tenant lounge with a custom bar and wine lockers, and an outdoor patio. Several suites were also white-boxed to support future leasing.
With active tenants throughout the building, Scott + Reid worked closely with management to minimize disruptions—maintaining clean work zones and prioritizing safety in all high-traffic areas.
