Rodeo Goat

PROJECT DETAILS

When Rodeo Goat—North Texas’ go-to for burgers, beers, and big patios—expanded to Cypress Waters, they needed a space that could keep up with the buzz. Scott + Reid delivered a custom-built waterfront restaurant that blends casual energy with serious durability.

Built from the ground up, the structure combines masonry walls, steel framing, and a durable canopy roof that shelters the large patio and indoor dining area. Inside, raw finishes like concrete floors, mesh metal ceilings, and block windows add to the restaurant’s signature industrial-meets-urban character.

Perched along the lake’s edge, the site required smart planning and specialized execution. Our team coordinated utilities and infrastructure from floating barges—maintaining timeline and safety without disturbing the waterfront setting.

Rodeo Goat’s newest home doesn’t just serve burgers—it creates a full dining experience that reflects the brand’s bold personality. With this build, Scott + Reid helped bring a North Texas favorite to life in one of Dallas’s fastest-growing districts.
