Dark millwork was transformed with crisp white paint, while a cascading globe light fixture anchors the elevator lobby, enhanced by new wood flooring and tile. White pearl frames around each elevator add subtle brightness to the annex.
In the reception area, a sleek white stone desk replaces the dated original, prominently featuring a custom backlit company logo set against frosted glass panels that provide soft, natural illumination. To meet the firm’s need for additional meeting space, the layout was thoughtfully reconfigured to include multiple conference rooms in varied sizes. Warm wood paneling and built-in bookcases lead to these spaces, each framed by glass doors with brushed metal accents, combining functionality with understated elegance.
