With more than 550 locations across 36 states, Smile Doctors selected Scott + Reid to deliver a space that supports leadership, collaboration, and continued growth.
The office features a dramatic reception entry, large conference room, and a dedicated executive suite. Custom millwork, baffle ceilings with integrated and pendant lighting, hardwood floors, and butt-joint glass offices establish a modern, refined workplace, while thoughtfully reused glass from the previous tenant supported both efficiency and design continuity.
The project required detailed coordination, including a full HVAC system replacement, integration of custom ceilings with existing building systems, and real-time documentation of evolving design elements. Through proactive planning and close collaboration, Scott + Reid delivered the space on schedule, completing final installations outside of business hours to ensure a seamless transition.
