Scott + Reid partnered with Spirit Realty Capital to manage the interior remodel for their corporate relocation from Scottsdale, Arizona to Dallas. This two-floor, 26,700-square-foot office space was tailored to support the company’s evolving needs in a new market.
The design features a striking custom staircase serving as a central architectural focal point, complemented by specialty lighting that enhances ambiance throughout the space. Sleek glass office fronts create a modern, open feel, while custom wood and metal paneling add warmth and sophistication. Additional highlights include a state-of-the-art conference room, multiple private offices, and a lounge/breakroom designed for employee comfort and collaboration.
Through close collaboration and precise coordination with multiple vendors, Scott + Reid delivered the project on schedule, creating a dynamic and professional workspace that reflects Spirit Realty Capital’s brand identity and operational goals in their new Dallas headquarters.
