Scott + Reid partnered with Standridge Company, a leading developer in commercial retail and mixed-use projects, to construct a 12,500-square-foot, single-story retail shell at Stampede Crossing in Irving, Texas. This ground-up build highlights our ability to deliver durable, flexible retail space designed to meet tenant needs and attract long-term users.
The steel-framed structure is finished with a sophisticated blend of stone, masonry, and stucco, creating a polished, professional storefront that complements the evolving retail landscape of Irving. Our scope included comprehensive site work—utilities, paving, landscaping, and irrigation—ensuring the building was fully move-in ready.
By delivering high-quality retail space, this project supports growth within the community and helps attract new retailers and businesses, contributing to the vibrancy and economic development of the area. Following the success of this initial building, Standridge selected Scott + Reid to build two additional retail centers on the site, underscoring their confidence in our reliable delivery, efficiency, and commitment to quality.
