Known for its boutique approach to commercial banking, Susser Bank partnered with Scott + Reid to build out its first full-service branch in Plano. The 4,654-square-foot space reflects the bank’s commitment to personalized service, security, and modern design—delivering a polished environment that supports both client interaction and internal workflow.
The branch features a floating millwork ceiling in the reception area, custom signage, glass-front offices, and a fully integrated vault system—all thoughtfully coordinated to balance sophistication with function. Additional amenities include a high-end breakroom and tech-enabled conference rooms that enhance the team’s daily experience.
This project deepened the relationship between Scott + Reid and Susser Bank, following the successful Houston office build-out and leading to continued collaboration on their new headquarters at Old Parkland.
