Scott + Reid was selected by Tailwater Capital to build its new 27,443-square-foot headquarters at Old Parkland East, one of Dallas’s most prestigious Class AA office campuses. The first-generation build-out was designed to match Tailwater’s reputation for sophistication and performance, featuring highly customized finishes and a tailored workplace experience. Highlights include engineered wood flooring, high-end stone, specialty millwork, decorative plaster, acoustical wall panels, and a dramatic speakeasy with a hidden bookcase door.

The project required meticulous coordination of specialty trades, sequencing, and finishes to realize a sophisticated design within a high-profile campus setting. Demountable office fronts and multiple glass systems were integrated to balance transparency with privacy, while advanced A/V systems support modern workplace needs.
