Scott + Reid partnered with the Texas Institute for Surgery in Dallas to renovate 21,000 square feet of specialized medical space on its Greenville Avenue campus. The project reimagined the Observation and Detox units to better support short-term recovery and patient care, with every detail focused on comfort, safety, and efficiency.
Each room was thoughtfully designed with integrated medical systems, ADA compliant restrooms, and advanced HVAC controls to meet the highest standards for healthcare environments. The renovation also introduced modern patient amenities and durable, refined finishes that enhance the overall care experience.
Completed under the strict oversight of TDHHS and other healthcare authorities, this project reflects Scott + Reid’s expertise in medical and healthcare construction.
