Greenhill School partnered with Scott + Reid to bring a forward-thinking academic facility to life: a 53,300-square-foot Math, Science, and Innovation Center serving Pre-K through 12th grade. Built after demolishing an existing structure, the two-story building enhances STEM education through modern labs, flexible classrooms, and collaborative learning spaces.
As one of the first large mass timber school buildings in Texas, the project showcases sustainable design while creating a warm, inspiring environment for students. The exposed timber structure blends innovation with environmental responsibility—setting a new benchmark for educational construction in the state.
The project has received multiple honors, including awards from AIA, a D CEO Commercial Real Estate Awards finalist nod, and a feature in Texas Architect magazine. Built on an active campus, it reflects Scott + Reid’s ability to deliver high-performance educational spaces with minimal disruption.
