When Triple/S Dynamics needed more room to support its manufacturing operations and evolving equipment requirements, Scott + Reid transformed an existing small-bay industrial building into a modernized manufacturing facility with integrated office space. The renovation created the capacity and infrastructure needed to accommodate new technologies and support the company’s continued operations.
The project began with a complete interior demolition, followed by the construction of new office space and improvements throughout the warehouse and manufacturing areas. Extensive electrical and plumbing upgrades supported the facility’s equipment and operational needs, while new lighting, exhaust fans, and large industrial air-circulation fans improved the warehouse environment. Scott + Reid also constructed an access ramp into the warehouse to support movement throughout the facility.
A key objective was creating a space that could accommodate more equipment and greater production demands. Through the renovation, Triple/S Dynamics tripled its capacity compared with its previous location, establishing a more functional foundation for its manufacturing operations.
The completed project demonstrates Scott + Reid’s ability to transform existing industrial buildings into efficient, purpose-built facilities that bring together manufacturing, warehouse, and office functions.
