Undisclosed Federal Government Financial Agency

PROJECT DETAILS

A confidential federal agency providing oversight in the financial services sector selected Scott + Reid to lead the full demolition and renovation of its new Dallas office, spanning six floors and over 116,000 square feet in the revitalized Plaza of the Americas.

To meet strict federal security requirements, Scott + Reid implemented secure access protocols, coordinated background clearances, and managed sensitive material handling throughout the duration of the build. The finished space features a mix of private offices, open work areas, conference rooms, breakrooms, and a large training center—all designed for efficiency, confidentiality, and comfort.

Design elements include ACOUSTIBuilt™ ceilings for sound control, geometric chandeliers, premium carpet “racetracks,” and a curated blend of fabric, wood, and metal finishes. A centralized direct digital control system and upgraded MEP infrastructure further support the agency’s operational needs.

With detailed coordination across multiple stakeholders—including a remote construction manager and federal representatives—Scott + Reid delivered a secure, modern workplace that meets the rigorous demands of a government agency serving the nation’s financial system.
