Vinson & Elkins, a prestigious Texas law firm and global leader in energy law, chose Scott + Reid to renovate their 105,000-square-foot Dallas office at Trammell Crow Center. The four-floor project modernized their headquarters while maintaining full operations for over 120 attorneys and staff.
Scott + Reid streamlined the schedule by completing entire floors during business hours and handling sensitive work, including a full conference center renovation, after hours. Key features included high-precision Adotta glass systems imported from Italy, requiring the entire floor slab to be floated to meet strict tolerances. The design highlights curved glass conference walls, large 20-foot video displays, and repurposed architectural elements like salvaged wood and bronze panels. The new attorney lounge, with eucalyptus paneling and layered millwork, offers a sophisticated, comfortable retreat.
Coordinating across multiple contracts and design teams, Scott + Reid delivered a seamless, high-performance legal workspace that enhances both daily operations and client experience.
