Scott + Reid partnered with WaFd Bank, a leading national financial institution, to renovate their Plano, Texas branch. The project refreshed over 6,000 square feet, enhancing the reception area, offices, conference rooms, restrooms, and exterior façade.
Custom millwork defines the space—from a bespoke reception desk under floating ceiling clouds to distinctive glass-front offices and uniquely designed cubicles. Exterior improvements included stone and window cleaning, new signage installation, and a redesigned ATM window integrated seamlessly into the building’s stone façade.
Working closely with WaFd Bank’s nationwide team, Scott + Reid maintained clear communication and proactive scheduling to minimize disruption and keep the project on track. The result is a sophisticated banking environment that meets brand standards and supports seamless customer service.
