Vanderbilt Office Properties selected Scott + Reid to renovate its management office and build a new 5,000-square-foot tenant lounge at The Towers at Williams Square, a four-building office complex in Las Colinas.
Designed for connection and relaxation, the lounge seats up to 70 and includes a full-service bar, gaming area, conference room, TVs, and a see-through electric fireplace. Varied seating options support both business and casual use. Finishes include imported Italian granite slabs, wood-look porcelain tile, floating oak countertops, stacked stone walls, a hand-painted backsplash, and a custom chain curtain adding texture and style. Scott + Reid delivered creative solutions for ceiling constraints, duct routing, and tile transitions—working safely in a fully occupied building.
The result is a modern, multifunctional space that enhances tenant experience and the East Tower’s appeal.
