Scott + Reid General Contractors has earned three finalist honors in the Best Real Estate Deals Awards hosted by the Dallas Business Journal, one of North Texas’ most respected recognitions for impactful commercial development.
Now in its 34th year, the program highlights the projects shaping the commercial real estate
landscape across Dallas–Fort Worth and North Texas. This year, multiple Scott + Reid projects
were selected as finalists, reflecting the firm’s continued role delivering high-quality commercial environments for leading organizations across the region.

Finalists were selected by industry judges who evaluated nominations based on factors
including economic impact, capital investment, project complexity, and collaboration among
development teams. Winners will be announced April 23 at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas.
