Scott + Reid Named a Dallas Morning News Top Workplace for the 15th Year in a Row

We’re proud to share that Scott + Reid General Contractors has once again been recognized as one of the Top Workplaces in Dallas–Fort Worth by The Dallas Morning News, marking our 15th consecutive year earning this distinction.

This award carries special meaning because it’s based entirely on anonymous employee feedback collected by Energage, an independent research partner. The survey measures key aspects of workplace culture, including leadership, alignment, communication, flexibility, and engagement.

Recognition That Reflects Our People

The 2025 Top Workplaces D-FW program marks its 17th year, with a record-breaking 8,000 companies nominated and more than 136,000 employees surveyed across North Texas. To be included among the best is an honor, but to do it 15 years in a row speaks volumes about the consistency of our culture and the people who shape it.

“This is a relationship business,” said Chris Scott, CEO of Scott + Reid. “The success we’ve had over the years is because of our people. You can’t fake culture. It’s built one conversation, one project, and one partnership at a time.”

At Scott + Reid, we believe success starts with creating a place where people can thrive. When our team members feel supported, challenged, and valued, they bring that same level of care and energy to every client and every project.

Building a Culture That Builds Better

The foundation of our success is simple: Care More. Build More. Be More.

Care More about our people, our partners, and the details that define great work.

Build More opportunity, trust, and long-term relationships that make a lasting difference.

Be More than a builder by finding meaning in what we create and by bringing integrity, curiosity, and craftsmanship to every step of the process.

That mindset shows up on every job site, in every client meeting, and across every department. It’s what keeps our teams aligned, our clients coming back, and our culture growing stronger every year.

A Win for Our Team and Our Clients

Fifteen years as a Top Workplace isn’t just a reflection of what happens inside our walls. It’s a reflection of the kind of company we strive to be in every interaction with clients, subcontractors, and one another

When our teams are engaged and motivated, our clients feel it in every phase of construction through stronger communication, smoother coordination, and better results. As we continue to grow our presence in Dallas and Houston, this recognition reinforces our mission to create a positive difference in people’s lives and projects by combining high-quality construction with exceptional service.
